A superb opportunity to work on this extremely high profile site. Managing a direct team of 6 engineers with some cross over onto other teams as appropriate. You will be responsible for maximising customer satisfaction, ensuring SLAs are achieved consistently and ensuring best practice methodology is maintained.
You sholud have a technical background as you will be responsible for engineers supporting a LAN* WAN infastructure with Windows 2000, NT and XP as well as bespoke software applications.
Man Management skills and team building skills are essential, as is a clean current driving licence. 2*5 years in a customer services, teamleader* manager environment. Ability to work well under pressure.
You will be expected to take part in an out of hours call out rota.
